Below are some Frequently Asked Questions that we have compiled together. If you do not see your questioned answered, please feel free to fill out the form in the sidebar and submit us your question. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a response!

Your username can not be changed once its created. You can however change your password whenever you want. Simply click on the My Profile link up in the menu. At the bottom of the page you can change your password.

Click Here if you’ve forgotten your password. Simply type in your username or email address associated with your account and an email will be sent to you. Click on the verification link and a new password will automatically be sent to you.

Once you have your new generated password, you can log into your account. Once logged in, go to the bottom of the My Profile page and you can change your password to whatever you’d like.

If you would like to cancel your membership, please email us at support@funnieru.com and provide us with your First and Last Name. We will cancel your monthly subscription, and remove you from our Daily Jokes newsletter. You would still have access to the site and the materials we offer there. We will email you back shortly confirming that you have been removed from the monthly billing and the daily jokes.

FunnierU signup fees are non-refundable. Your membership account with FunnierU.com will be cancelled on the one month anniversary of the last billing, and you will continue to have access to the website. However, once you decide to cancel and unsubscribe, you will no longer receive the three topical jokes that gets delivered to your email inbox. The month will not be prorated.

The Daily Jokes delivered to your email every weekday are written from the headlines THAT DAY. They’re topical AND original. The jokebooks are timeless material that have a shelf life and are also original.

To update your billing account information, go to the “My Profile” page located in the drop down menu below “My Account” (If you don’t see My Account in your menu, you are not logged in).

Once you’re on your profile page, click on the link next to “Credit Card Details”. You’ll be taken to a page where you can update your information. You’ll see the membership package you’re on along with the original price for the membership. Don’t worry, when you update your information, you will NOT be billed again.

After you’ve canceled, you will still receive the daily emails until your anniversary date. However, if you are wanting to be removed from the mailing list immediately, email us at info@funnieru.com and we will manually take you off the mailing list. We will send you one final email to confirm that you have successfully been removed.

If you have a new email address you wish to use that is different from the email address you signed up your account with, simply email us at info@funnieru.com with your new email address along with your old email address and we will manually update everything for you. We will send you a confirmation email when we have successfully updated everything.
